Very comfortable and helpful

I tried it and it is helpful for my back, posture, and waist. I wore it with a dress and it snatched my waist to be smaller. I feel good about myself when I see the difference. I can wore it for hours and hours without complication with breathing or sitting down even moving around the whole day. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to look their best in every way. I am thinking of buying another one but with the straps to try it on. Working out with this premium breathable trainer it's not a problem I feel comfortable with no struggle to breath. Let your partner or friend to help you put it on if you struggle to do it yourself. I'm use to it now and my partner wants me to wear it often to the gym because my botty looks big with a small waist lol.
