PLEASE NOTE: Thank You for your order! Please be considerate and understanding during this time. Orders are only packed on Monday - Friday ex weekends, public holidays & leading up to festive seasons. Shipping times (including express) start once your order has been packed & fulfilled & not from the date of your order placement. 
If you have pre ordered please note there will be a wait time of 2-8 weeks. Each product has a set time frame for shipping (please check each items) We are still shipping orders and although currently it is very hard to predict the shipping times we are doing the best we can.

ALSO PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION UNDER YOUR PRODUCT - if your purchase is a custom or a pre-order there is further dispatch waiting times. 

Shipping time - We endeavor for your orders to arrive quickly. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-10 days. DURING THE PANDEMIC postage times have been a little unpredictable. 

Within Australia - Express is between 2-4 Business days, this shipment will be prioritised but please be mindful of public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL - New Zealand standard will take between 7-15 Business days, everywhere else is 7-20 Business  days

INTERNATIONAL Express - will be between 1-7 Business days via UPS Please be mindful that I ship your package out very quickly but I can't control unexpected delays from the shipping company. Packing and processing your orders quickly is my priority

Return to Sender Parcels: Parcels returned due to customers providing incorrect addresses or not collecting from the post office or any other error on their part will be subject to a re-shipping fee. If the customer opts against paying this fee, they will forfeit the initial shipping costs borne by us.
