  1. I'm confused about what size I should order?
    We would recommend you visit our sizing chart & getting the correct measurements to fit you.

  2. Where do I find your sizing chart?
    Our sizing charts are located on the product page as an image as well as on its own individual page under "size guide" 

  3. Can I waist train pregnant ? 
    No, Do not waist train while pregnant. Waist training is a great way to speed up the post baby body process, however it is advised to talk to your doctor first. 

  4. How do I wash my waist trainer? 
    Using a warm damp cloth little bit of soap and lightly clean the inside liner
    Turn waist trainer over to the latex side and gently wipe
    Let garment air dry on a flat surface
    Once garment is dry, fold to keep its structure
    - Do Not Iron

    - Do Not Soak
    - Do Not Twist
    - Do Not put in Washer/Dryer
    - Do Not Bleach

  6. Do you ship to NZ?
    Yes we do! We post  Australia & New Zealand wide!

  8. How long does shipping take?
    Depending on where you are located shipping will vary. Visit our Postage & Delivery page for more info.

  9.  What is a pre order?
    A pre-order is placing an order for an item that is not yet in stock.
    This means you are "Pre-ordering" something to ensure you do not miss out. Pre-orders have wait times, these times vary depending on the speed of the postal service and manufacturing. 
    When you place an order that includes a pre-order item you will be sent a confirmation email. The next update you will receive is when your order has been dispatched. 

  10. Where is my package?
    Once you placed your order you would have received shipping confirmation & your tracking number will be in that email. If you want to know further information regarding your tracking information please call the shipping company directly to get further information. Once we have dispatched your package it is now in the care of Australia Post. 

  11. Can I change my address?
    No, once you have placed your order we can not change it. We will do our best to help you but can not guarantee a change of address once your order has been processed through our system.

  13. I have DM you but I haven't had response yet?
    We do not accept order enquiries via instagram or facebook or email.

  14. Can I get a refund? 
    If your product arrives faulty please contact us immediately so we can access the situation. You will be asked to provide photos and further information. Every situation is different so you may be asked to return the product at your own expense before we can issue a refund. If refunds are approved it will be with a store credit. In the majority of cases we do not allow returns for hygiene reasons. 

  15. Can I cancel my order?
    No, Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed as they will already be processed through our system.

  16. Where are you located?
    We are located in Sydney, NSW  Australia . All of your orders are packed, processed and shipped from Syd NSW.
