1.  What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is placing an order for an item that is not yet in stock. This means you are "Pre-ordering" something to ensure you do not miss out. Pre-orders have wait times, these times vary depending on the speed of the postal service and manufacturing. When you place an order that includes a pre-order item you will be sent a confirmation email. The next update you will receive is when your order has been dispatched.

3. Can I get a refund?

If your product arrives faulty please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. You will be asked to provide photos and further information. Every situation is different so you may be asked to return the product at your own expense before we can issue a refund. If refunds are approved it will be with a store credit. In the majority of cases we do not allow returns for hygiene reasons. 

4. Can I cancel my order?

No, Orders can not be canceled once they are placed as they will already be processed through our system.

We are located in Melbourne, VIC Australia. All of your orders are packed, processed, and shipped from Melbourne, VIC Australia 

6. Do you offer exchange and return services?

7. Can I change my address?

No, once you have placed your order we can not change it. We will do our best to help you but can not guarantee a change of address once your order has been processed through our system.

8. What happens if I don't pick up my click-and-collect?

All uncollected orders will be returned to the shelf at the end of the Click & Collect. After 12 weeks if not collected, your order will be cancelled. Any orders that fail to be collected within 3 months will be canceled and the payment forfeited

9. I just checked out, can I update my order?

Once placed, orders begin processing instantly and cannot be changed or updated. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your item, please reach out to our support. To add another item to your order, kindly place a new order for the desired item.



1. I'm confused, what size should I order?
Our recommendation: always opt for sizing up, NEVER down. Our garments are designed for a snatched fit, and sizing up ensures that perfect look. Don't forget to measure yourself first for the ultimate fit.

2. What if my trainer is faulty can I get a new one?

We are Australia & New Zealand's most trusted Waist Trainer & Shapewear Retailer. Designed in Australia with high-grade materials. We offer 30-day warranty on all our shapewear garments (this includes waist trainers)  If your AP Garment is faulty within the first 30 days of its arrival we will replace your item or issue store credit for the value of your order.

3. Can I waist train pregnant ?

No, Do not waist train while pregnant. Waist training is a great way to speed up the post baby body process, however it is advised to talk to your doctor first.

4. How do I wash my waist trainer?

  • Use a warm damp cloth little bit of soap and lightly clean the inside liner
  • Turn the waist trainer over to the latex side and gently wipe 
  • Let the garment air dry on a flat surface.
  • Once the garment is dry, fold it to keep its structure

           - Do Not Iron
           - Do Not Soak
           - Do Not Twist
           - Do Not put in Washer/Dryer
           - Do Not Bleach



1. Is the size chart suitable for individuals with a larger tummy compared to the rest of their body?

If your weight is concentrated in your tummy, we recommend sizing up, especially if you have an apple body shapePlease be aware that the size chart applies to specific products. Please consider your typical top size or measure your natural waist circumference, typically located just above the navel , and compare it with the sizes in the Size Guide or the Size Variation provided on each product page for accurate fitting information.
