REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Most exchange requests we do receive are due to wrong sizing, so we recommend measuring your waist & selecting your size based on our size guide for our trainers. When in doubt, choose one size up as most of our waist trainers have 3 hooks which will allow you to adjust to a smaller fit.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. We will not offer a refund if you purchase an incorrect size or otherwise simply change your mind.
     
  2. We may, however, offer to exchange your item on the strict condition it is unworn, unwashed, unmarked and returned to us in the original plastic packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@apcollection.com.au, and in the email provide photos of the item and the reason that you are requesting the exchange. 

  3. If we agree to exchange your item, return of the item to us and posting back of the replacement item will be at your expense. You will be required to pay the return postage before the replacement item is shipped.

  4. We will not agree to exchange any item that has potential hygiene issues, particularly shape wear products, tights and sportswear. We will at our sole discretion determine whether we will agree to exchange an item and whether there are hygiene issues.

  5. If an item has a major defect (i.e., it would have stopped someone buying it, it is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or is damaged and can’t be fixed), then we will offer at your option a refund, exchange or store credit, but only if you contact us at support@apcollection.com.au, providing photos and the reason you state the item has a major defect, and return the item to us, within 7 days, otherwise the return will not be accepted. 

  6. If a refund is approved for an item with a major defect, the refund will be paid to the original payment method you used to make the order. If you paid part with gift card and part with another payment method, the refund will be first applied to the gift card.

  7. If an item has a minor defect, then we may offer to exchange or provide you with store credit.

  8. Please note that items purchased on sale or received as gifts are not eligible for refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit for these items under the following conditions

 

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS 

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
