The product is good but I def regret buying it. I should have gone the full hog and got the zip up w trainer. After all I was $59.00 in … never mind. Still, great no issues. * I need to stop buying sale when I wanted the waist trainer I didn’t buy ! Hope this makes sense!

The Wrap

Is comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Just don’t sit down in it or do a lot of exercises that require you to bend your core coz it creases & can get uncomfortable. If doing cardio or standing leg exercises it’s handy to add minimal belly sweat but other than that, I used it mainly to hike in or daily walks and chores around the house for back & posture support.
