Absolutely amazing! I'm a curvy sz 16 & got the 3xl. It just fits me & I find it easier to put on lying down on my bed. P.S. Make sure you are fully covered before you zip up & you have no exposed skin. Not nice getting that caught in the zipper (trust me!). This waist trainer has improved my posture & I wear it every day on my walks. I'm amazed at how much more I sweat through my mid section now & I feel like after only 2wks my shape has already changed. This waist trainer snatches me in all the right places & I love how it smooths out my figure. Defs recommend it!

Good quality but must know your size so that you can wear right away I have wrong size but my friend like it and she got it perfect for her. Now I will order mine and right size.🥰😍😍😍😍😍 I recommend this product.
