Designed to help with postpartum, post surgeries & people who are suffering from diastasis recti also known as muscles separation. Coming up underneath the breast, The AP Zip Up trainer provides enough compression around the torso all whilst staying breathable and light.

Sizing : Follow our size guide in drop down box or visit the product size chart. E.g If you wear a size 16 order our  3XL- 16/18 . If unsure please size up & never size down.

Garment care:
Using a warm damp cloth little bit of soap and lightly clean the inside liner
Turn waist trainer over to the latex side and gently wipe. Let garment air dry on a flat surface Once garment is dry, fold to keep its structure. 

Application:
Suitable for daily wear. It can also wear in aerobics, such as walking and running & Gym.

It's a great trainer but I wouldn't suggest it for a longer torso like myself. But.... I'll make it work

I’m a 5’8 120kg gyallll got a size 16/18. Do not size down ladies! The fitting is just right, comfortable and it doesn’t roll up. :)

this trainer for me is really goid, i havent trained in it yet, i use it to help with my post op, i should of got a size bigger because im usually 10/12 but it was abit too tight so i should have gone with the 12/14

either way i still wear mine and i love it! thanks team
